Ashok Yanamadala, M.D.
Medical Director and Psychiatrist
Ashok Yanamadala M.D. is a psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Dr. Yanamadala earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1993 from the Medical College of Virginia. He is licensed by the states of Missouri and Illinois and has worked in Madison County, St. Louis County, and St Charles County. He has been in private practice for almost 20 years. He is also the medical director of the inpatient adolescent unit and the medical director of the intensive outpatient adolescent programs at Centerpointe Hospital-West County. In addition, he is also on the staff at Missouri Baptist Hospital-Sullivan working with the Older Adult Population. He has extensive experience in Addiction Psychiatry having worked in the inpatient, Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient settings at Centerpointe Hospital- St Charles and at Centerpointe Hospital- St Peters Adult Substance abuse Programs. He is also part of several medical entities including the BJC Behavioral Health Credentialing Committee and the AACAP.
Edward D. Flynn, ABS, MA, LPC, NBCCH, DBTC
Edward Flynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works toward the treatment of clients struggling with childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiousness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, relationship issues, LGBTQ concerns, and self injury. He specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a mode of treatment, and works in outpatient settings with children and adults. Additionally, he is a certified hypnotherapist, which can aid in DBT. Edward centers his sessions on patient satisfaction, and individualizes each treatment plan to the needs of the patient. Edward Flynn is also a nationally certified in clinical hypnotherapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
Sheila Barnes, L.C.S.W
Sheila Barnes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sheila is a compassionate psychotherapist who enjoys working with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in the care of Adolescents and Families providing therapy at the Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. Sheila provides an eclectic approach when engaging in therapy including, Client-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This allows her to tailor the method being used to best fit each client’s particular needs.
Zafar Khan MA, PLPC
Zafar completed his Masters in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in St. Charles Missouri. He has extensive training and experience working with Substance use disorder and Chemical Dependency clients along with mental health disorders. He is also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy. At Lakeside Behavioral Health he uses eclectic approach with his clients, influenced by various psychotherapists like Carl Rogers (Person Centered Therapy), Sigmund Freud (Psychoanalysis), Viktor Frankl (Logo therapy), Irvin Yalom (Existential Therapy) and Virginia Satir (Family Systems Therapy). He is compassionate and caring and enjoys helping diverse population of adult clients.
Trushna Pasupuleti, BS
Trushna Pasupuleti graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. At Lakeside Behavioral Health, Trushna works as the Compliance Officer, as well as the administrator for the Intensive Outpatient Therapy program. With compassion and diligence, Trushna provides the utmost quality of services for each client to facilitate their success in the IOP program. Trushna believes that through guidance and support, every individual can achieve the quality of life they envision for themselves.
Connor Perkins, B.S.
TMS Services Coordinator
Connor Perkins graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. At Lakeside Behavioral Health, Connor works as a coordinator for the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy program. Connor is passionate about patient care, having worked in the medical field for five years. In the TMS program, Connor uses low intensity magnetic therapy to help train patients to better manage and overcome clinical depression and its symptoms. Connor works with patients one-on-one extensively in three-month programs, where the patients receive personalized care and treatment plans. He believes that through targeted therapy and care plans, every individual can make progress in overcoming their own obstacles and achieve their goals.
Aditya Gaddipati, B.S.
TMS Services Coordinator
Aditya Gaddipati graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, & Philosophy. Aditya has done research at the Washington University Medical School, Interned at Piedmont Hospital, and worked with physicians in the Emergency Department at Barnes Jewish Hospital. At Lakeside Behavioral Health, Aditya works as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) coordinator, scribe, and helps manage Lakeside’s electronic health record (EHR). Aditya performs individualized TMS treatments on patients over the course of three months to help alleviate symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder by stimulating the brain with low-intensity magnetic fields. Furthermore, he works with the physician and therapists to improve patient care by ensuring smooth functioning of our electronic health record systems. Aditya works diligently with patients to enhance their healthcare experience at Lakeside, and he strives to augment workflow efficiency within the clinic. Aditya is passionate about medicine, and he believes that quality care comes with patience, guidance, and trust.
