About Our Services
Psychiatry
Dr. Ashok Yanamadala is a Licensed Medical Doctor who providers outpatient psychiatric services and medication management. Services rendered by Dr. Yanamadala not covered by insurance will be billed directly at the rate of $150.00/$125.00 when appropriate.
Therapy
Edward Flynn and Sheila Barnes are licensed therapists who provide outpatient therapy sessions. Services rendered by Edward Flynn and Sheila Barnes not covered by insurance will be billed directly at the rate of $90.00/$70.00when appropriate.
IOP
Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program Services are covered by most major payors (excluding Tricare, Humana, Medicare, and Medicaid). Lakeside will work with you to ensure appropriate authorization is given by your insurance company for the IOP services. IOP services not covered by insurance will be billed at the rate of $75.00.
TMS
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Services are covered by most major payors (excluding Medicaid). Lakeside will work with you to ensure appropriate authorization is given by your insurance company for the TMS services. TMS services not covered by insurance will be billed at the rate of $225.00.
